WELCOME
ES-CA'S STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
What we do:
We are the eyes and ears for our membership, monitoring the actions of governing entities.
We advocate the wishes of the ES-CA membership to these entities.
We keep our members aware and informed of developing issues.
We are member driven. The Board of Directors serves at the pleasure of ES-CA members, doing what our members want, to the best of our ability.
How we operate:
Based on membership direction, ES-CA undertakes all necessary actions to further the interests of our communities, whether to support or oppose local government decisions.
We poll our membership for direction on which issues to engage and how to proceed.
We use discussion, the internet, and public forums to ensure our members are kept up to date on important local issues.
We monitor legal notices and notification services to discover and communicate all issues of interest to ES-CA members.
We attend meetings of local entities such as the County Board of Commissioners, ESCAFCA, and the Planning and Zoning Commission, to watch, listen, and report back to our members.

The Cashwell family applied for rezoning that would allow them to build 65 units of clustered housing along Hwy 165, just east of the Fire Station. Ridge top clusters are included in this application to the Planning and Zoning Commission.
